Ongoing Sports achievement 2018
This academic year there have been many sports achievement so far. MG College students have excelled in Water polo, Swimming and Football.
In Water polo intercollegiate competition college team bagged Gold medal. Five students of MG College got selected to Kerala University team. Jithu of III BA History, Suraj of I BA Sociology, Vishnu VL of III BA Hindi, Prithvilal of I BA Hindi and Narendra Prasad of III BA History were selected to University team.
In University swimming championships both men and women category, MG College boy and girl were Runner up. The Aquatic championship were held on 11th and 12th of September 2018 at LNCPE Kariavattom. Narendra Prasad of III BA History created a new meet record in 200m Butterfly stroke. Drishya V of III BA
History became the individual swimming champion securing three first positions.
MG College Football team became the South Sone champions in Kerala University Intercollegiate South Zone Football Championship
