‘Commerce Merit Day 2021’

 

Post Graduate & Research Department of Commerce conducted ‘Merit Day 2021’ on 26/03/2021, 10 am, at department seminar hall. Program started with a Prayer and Acharya Anusmaranam. Principal, Dr. M. S. Anil Kumar, inaugurated the function. Dr. V. S. Santhosh, Head, Department of Commerce, presided over the program. Dr. N. Pradeep Kumar welcomed the gathering. Dr. Sreelatha (Retired, Department of Zoology, Mahatma Gandhi College), w/o (late) Prof. M. S. Sreekumar, former Head, Department of Commerce, Mahatma Gandhi College, delivered key note address.
‘Prof. M. S. Sreekumar Memorial Endowment’ and ‘Prof. Dr. S. Krishnan Nair Memorial Scholarship’ were distributed to the rank holders and toppers from B. Com and M. Com batches. ‘HOPE’ scholarship was also distributed to meritorious students from S1 and S2 B. Com.
Anjitha B Nair and Anju Raj A from M. Com and Gopika. S and Anju T. U from B. Com received cash awards from Dr. Sreelathe, memento from Dr. M. S. Anil Kumar and Certificate from Dr. V. S. Santhosh. Sreelakshmi and Sanchu Krishna received cash awards from HOPE. Dr. Dileep A. S delivered vote of thanks for the gathering.
