NCC Naval wing on Population and Progress
As part of World Population Day, the Naval Wing of Mahatma Gandhi College organized a seminar on “India’s Growing Population and Its Impact on the Economy.”
The session was held on 11 July 2025 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Dr. Lalithambika R from the Department of Economics served as the resource person.
The seminar aimed to raise awareness about the socio-economic effects of population growth and the importance of sustainable development. It was a successful academic event with active student participation.
