National Space Day celebrations
The Department of Physics celebrates the maiden National Space Day of India, which is announced as a commemoration of India's soft landing on Moon, with various activities. Programmes are scheduled on 21, 22 and 23 of August. Events include Space Quiz, Treasure Hunt, space-themed poetry, story writing, etc.
The events will culminate on 23 August which is observed as National Space Day.
